FCS...could we all just show a bit of compassion here for a second.
We have an 80 year old woman here who wears her heart on her sleeve, and is confused as to why she was banned. Everybody take a 'Whoa Pill' and back off for a bit. Would that be too much to ask? This 'piling on' nonsense needs to stop.

I hope you reconsider and hang out with us for a bit longer. Once this blows over, you'll find 'most of us' are easy-going and a welcoming bunch!

I beg your pardon. "Piling on" usually means lots of insults by lots of people. The only insults I've seen on this thread are by Cindi toward us, She's never in her life "had such an unwelcoming experience," losing us is, "no great loss." and remember this all started because we refused to join her in her attempted dog pile against Dilettante.

One of the early lessons I learned in this forum was that it isn't necessary to attend every argument to which I am invited. Also, when finding myself in a hole it was time to stop digging.

From your comments here, Candi 1 perhaps you aren't old enough for this forum. Today marks only 2 months since you joined. So, that leads me to think that age wise, you aren't really eligible for this forum.
Gosh I banned myself once here, stayed banned for a year or two and in fact forgot this forum existed until DH found it and I thought I'd give it a try. Surprise I already had a name and an avatar. This time I quite like it here, I find the members kind and enjoy them often. I try to not be too cranky in my old age!
Interesting comment. Someone here assumed that I'm 80 years old; how they came to that conclusion and figure, I have no idea. It does sound though that most participants are much older so, no, I probably wasn't qualified to join. If that is how old people act, I don't want to be lumped into that category. Yes, I'm still here folks; I just enjoy laughing at your comments; you are really funny.
