The art of retiring

It's no laughing matter — but I’m a cartoonist so let’s paint the lighter side
I was Bunky the Clown for 25 years and a caricaturist at parties for more than 40 years.
But as children began to see past my clown nose and wig and ask: “How old are you?” I began to realize the gig was up.
The wig, costumes, magic tricks and puppets went into a box when I turned 67.

Regular naps prevent old age, especially if you take them while driving.
Someone had better let truck driver, Brian Wilson, know that. Brian, a Yorkshire man, who is Britain's oldest trucker says he is in it for the long haul as he carries on driving at the grand old age of 92.
Brian has no plans to put the brakes on his 70 year career just yet, despite having celebrated his 92nd birthday. The grandfather is so dedicated to his job, he's up at 5:00am and works up to 12 hours in day delivering goods from Sheffield to sites across the country.
Brian's mantra: "Retirement kills more people than hard work ever did."
