Canada Is De-evolving Humanity

Oh Canada is doing more than that. They have been de-volving us for decades. At one time living off base we had to filter our water because of the fluoridation. (As much as can be filtered). Then we moved from one base that was essentially a section of the city (so no diff water or sewer supply) to a self containing base. First thing we noticed-better sewer system, non-fluorinated water, healthier trees (no chemtrailing allowed in the region) and so on.

As my wife got into food testing and ingredient testing we realized just how much the govts really truely do not care about Canadians.

I have soybean oil. I only use it for cooking. I've heard olive oil isn't good for frying. I never know what to believe. I'm going to look into that olive oil again.

Well the issue is seed oils in general. Canada merely enters the picture because of the rebranding of rapeseed oil for human consumption.

I'm not even sure the farmers can be blamed for that. More likely it came out of Ottawa as centralized agri-industrial policy. The U.S. has a similar problem with encouraging growing excess corn just to feed production of ethanol as a poor and corrosive automotive fuel substitute with a net gain in carbon emissions.

Subsidies and other incentives make it hard for farming to ignore such economic tinkering.

Soybean oil sounds about as bad. The suggestion seems to be to use more lard, butter, and especially fish oils. I don't know enough about it to say whether it makes sense or is even practical.

In the UK it's known as Rapeseed Oil.... rather than Canola Oil

The Food Standards Agency and Food Standards Scotland are today advising consumers that some food products labelled as containing sunflower oil may instead contain refined rapeseed oil. This is happening to maintain the supply of certain food products containing ingredients that have become increasingly difficult to source because of the conflict in Ukraine.

The majority of the UK’s sunflower oil comes from Ukraine and food businesses here are reporting that supplies of sunflower oil are likely to run out in a few weeks with some businesses already experiencing severe difficulties.

This has led to some food manufacturers urgently replacing sunflower oil with refined rapeseed oil before being able to make the change on the label. We are therefore advising that food products labelled as containing sunflower oil may instead have been produced using refined rapeseed oil and consumers should look out for additional information being provided by retailers and manufacturers to stay informed.

FSA and FSS advise consumers on substitution of ingredients in certain food products to avoid food supply disruption

Olive oil is great for ā€˜pan’ frying
In former times it was said that olive oil must not be heated very much. In fact now it is known as safe to heat olive oil until 200 degrees Celsius (392F). But no oil should be overheated until smoke comes. Then it will produce acrolein, which is highly toxic!

If you read such statements, always look from what source they come. The milk industry condems oils from plants, the oil industry condems butter.

I never see my olive oil smoking so I guess I’m doing ok. Whenever I see a huge ā€˜beware’ statement, I look to see who it’s from and why.

I fry at lower temperatures. Though I guess if it's frying, it's got to be hot to a degree. But my cast iron works great. I usually just fry potato patties or veggie burgers, fake breaded chicken nuggets or patties.

Coconut Oil is the best that we have personally tested and currently use. But only heated low, not high heat. Olive Oil would be good but there was/is a rash of fake Olive Oil because of the expense. Easier to make fake oils, add in some olive oils and make huge profits.

You can’t go wrong with cast iron and olive oil. As long as it’s not smoking away, you’re fine, in my humble opinion.

Quick FYI...all seed oils are waste products of the food industry that the greedy rich turned into a 'food' source for us lower class people! There are a few FOIR and FOA requests from docs in the 80's that show this.

No different than the Fluoride scam. Fluoride was a waste product from the rich industrialists that cost them millions at the time, so they found a way to make us all believe that it was a good thing! Then used it in dental work, put it in our water, our food, and other places. Now us low class peasants suffer the effects, while the 'rich' avoid these products like the plague!

But...as I say, most of our food is bad for humans anyway, and its really difficult to live in this world-healthy anyway. Getting harder everyday.
Funny the military from the beginning never used metal fillings even back when all of society were getting metal. I had 3 in my career, and were porcelain (?). So they knew the truth back then, just only certain segments of society were able to access it.

Another anomaly, wisdom teeth. General society, as soon as they start to come out or cause problems they are all removed. I got 3 wisdom teeth, 2 never bothered even to this day. When 1 caused pressure on my jaw, it was removed. But they never even mentioned taking them all out. Just the problem one.

My son's wisdom teeth came out at 18-19, and while were a bit uncomfortable coming out they didn't do anything. But sure enough the dentist said "all got to come out". My wife the same. She got 3, still has them today. Never issues. So the question is why the difference? Money? Control?

Interesting conversation. Touched on several separate topics. I did realize rapeseed oil has for years been called canola oil in Canada. I didn't realize other countries have refrained from the renaming.

We've never used canola oil in my household. But we had a friend who had moved to BC (western Canada) from Maine... overall, because he liked it here and had many friends. He developed M.S. and he swore that having Canola oil in his diet was helping him... could have been purely subjective, some might suspect this was fantasy. But that was his conviction.

As to fluoride in water, I don't have any idea how much of that is the case in Canada, nor which provinces or cities may have committed to that. (Military base, Tazx?) Anyhow, it's not the case where I live, nor anywhere else I've lived or stayed for a while, so far as I know.

I remember this from years back.
Here is an updated fact check .... interesting
What do you think

I don't believe a word any 'authority' says any more.
One interesting thing in that letter is that it claims that canola oil is genetically engineered (GE). But 'organic' products may not contain GE products, and many organic products contain canola oil. So, which is it? GE or not GE?
AI (Copilot) explains that canola oil comes in both GE and non GE modes.

When I'm frying in olive oil, I use a low flame (and sometimes cover the skillet and steam the food until done).
Otherwise, I use avocado oil.
