That would be the wise thing to do in order to prevent people from declaring themselves be long-lost, but now suddenly-found family members who bear an uncanny resemblance to vultures.Yes, but just daydreaming. I'm not motivated by money, and I'm not willing to do a lot of things that would be required to become rich.
If I became rich, my life wouldn't change much. I doubt if anyone would know I'm rich, unless I told them -- which I would not.
Sounds like your life is centered around what’s really important.Sure. Especially daydreaming occasionally when a young adult. But long ago as a counterculture person, veered away from a wealth oriented lifestyle direction to one of living my life for worthwhile experiences most anyone of modest means might enjoy. Especially those that don't require wealth like enjoying the natural world, the universe, and being a creature within it. I don't spend any time dreaming about owning expensive material items like homes, cars, and the endless list of retail items envied by those that do.
Looks like an amazing trip!
I’m with you, Jujube!Oh, yes indeedy. Here's my prayer: " Please God, give me the chance to prove that becoming filthy rich won't change me." LOL.
No, really, I wouldn't want to be *filthy* rich.....just a little *grimy* rich would be fine, maybe even *dusty* rich. Rich but not riche.
Y'know, when the mechanic says, "Ma'am, that's gonna be $1100 to fix that rattle in your car", I could just wave my American Express Gold-Plated Silver Deluxe Extra-Speshul Charge Card at him and sail out the door unperturbed... THAT kind of rich.
Hell no!
For me, rich is enough to do what you want, when you want and be at peace.Sooooo….how much…exactly…is rich?
