A new experience. Were they being unprofessional?

Very unprofessional. Just me, I wouldn’t give her a rating, no matter how good her product was. Anyone who frustrates the customer hasn’t earned it.
 

Guys this is hilarious but I have to update. I just checked my email and received another email from this political seller asking me the same questions and leaving the same political comment. It cam just a few minutes ago. I am not going to penalize this person but I am not going to acknowledge their email either due to the political message it sends.

Will ignoring this person get through to them, do you think?
