Tall now? The more you age, the more you will shrink

I went the other way. I went from 5' 8" to 14' 2". 🤣
Is this true?
There is a small village in the Mohawk Valley in N Y where it's been rumored men have stretched their bodies as a symbol of wisdom and maturity. They use natural materials like stone, bone, wood, to gradually increase the size of their bodies. Once the desired size is reached, they line their stretched bodies with beads and use a single weight to maintain the stretch.

Are you living proof of that?

Living proof of that? I've never even heard of it. In a museum in Cooperstown (I think it is the Farmer's Museum), there is a 10' stone statue called the Cardiff Giant. That is not me.

I am 6'2" down from 6'4".

I have to look up to my Grandson. I am age 90.
that was like my old neighbour who at 103 went into a nursing home autmn before last... he 'd been 6'2 or thereabouts.. and was still over 6 feet tall at 103 years old....and very upright......however he'd lost most of his sight and hearing...

I think woman lose the most height in older age...

I am 72, and maybe have shrunk a 1/2", but I have lost about 30 lbs in the last 3 months. I am taking on that "skeletal look". It is good for Halloween. I walk around without a costume and scare everyone. :)
