Torta Caprese,..
A traditional flourless Italian chocolate cake
from the Isle of Capri
Made with ground almonds.
Subtly sweet...slightly dense and rich..but
will not make you feel "stuffed"

I've made Torta Caprese. If you like almonds, it's a different, delicious, and easy to make flourless cake.

Torta Caprese, it's a favourite of my wife. Just five ingredients, and, it's gluten free, my lady has to avoid gluten.
