I’m making a pumpkin pie with a purchased crust and plenty of whipped cream.

I just dump all of the filling ingredients into the blender and hit the button.

You can do it!

1 stick of butter
1 pack cream cheese full fat
I teaspoon baking powder
Running in the kitchen machine/hand mixer/hands, do not over work. Grease pie pan (oil, butter). Roll dough out with some flower. It does not have to look perfect! Kind of roll the dough on your rolling pin/wine bottle and roll onto to pie dish. Take a deep breath and a sip of wIne. Now pack the crust down, cut the top, patch holes. Freeze it!!!!
Oven pre heated, filling ready. Do not overbake. For dinner for two - muffin size pies!

You can't go wrong with frozen premade pie crusts! They are to die for! I mean that, literally, have you every read the ingredients in those things???

I make pies with my charge card. They turn out quite well using that recipe.

Ms. Muskrat, don't fret. If you want to make a pie crust with no fuss, try an easy cookie crumb crust. Seriously, easy-peasy. Graham crackers are often the go to, but any number of crispy cookies will work for pie crust. Gingersnaps for a pumpkin pie would be yummy.
