Turkey Tetrazzini. We're still eating Thanksgiving turkey.

I froze four ziplock bags of turkey on Thanksgiving. It's actually a pretty cost-effective way to get meat for meals and sandwiches.

I did the same... already thawed one and made Creamy Chicken Shepherd's Pie... but with turkey. Turned out great!

What a great idea. Think I'll pull together a tuna/garbanzo bean salad today. This time of the year, by the time I hang my apron up from the day's Christmas baking I have little energy to even think about making some real food.

Little meat for lunch so I have to properly feed my resident carnivore. Chilli con carne with lots of garden peppers. Corn muffins with bacon bottoms and corn.
I am working on the freezer. It seems like it has an autofill function which is in a timeline with SO's travels to town.

Pasta with fresh smoked ham, pesto, lots of rabbit food and oven warm saltwater foccachia. SO just overrode the decision Burritos with grilled onion, chicken, black beans, Pepper Jack and fried in the airfryer. It will still be rabbit food!
