I’m the same way except now, after an unpleasant experience on our scales, I’m choosing to occasionally drink an herbal. My current favorite of those is Moroccan Minti, carried by Trader Joe’s. With my black tea I use a trace of sugar and bit of milk so I’m avoiding that more.

I drink Bromley decaf green tea daily, but I also love vanilla chai tea (in the beige Bigelow box). My son and I have a cabinet full of teas and his coffee. My coffee and a couple more tea varieties are in another cabinet as well. He has Earl Grey. One of my long time, best online friends sent me this box of Taylor teas as a thank you gift. I liked the Jasmine green tea so much, I bought another box of it. Still haven't tried all of them. My son recently bought pumpkin chai tea. It's good too.
