What do you like to listen to?

Cubano Chant is on the album Los Ritmos Calientes. It has a bare breasted woman on the cover, ergo why I said the cover was risque for the time it came out. Thank you for the recommendation (the concert), I'll check it out. Yes, I remember Wade In The Water, which if I recall, wasn't one of my favorites. I did get to see Ramsey in person with Earth Wind and Fire at an outdoor concert in the park. I've always loved this, but I kinda think of it as an EWF song. :D From the LP Ramsey Lewis: Sun Goddess...the title song:

Thank you for the Ramsey Lewis link. ❤️ I thought Herbie Hancock was going to do some great things but he went much too electric for my taste.

I like oldies (but just being old doesn't make it good) some country, classical, Christian, pop or contemporary. What I pick to listen to on any particular day depends on my mood at the time. I can't stay with one kind of music all the time.

Yes, he did go electric at some point, but I believe he kept his Jazz roots. I have one or two albums by him. This is one of my favorites...you may consider it too electronic. I think it's kind of dreamy.

Talking about Jazz, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the first Jazz songs I heard in stereo. I was 18 years old and my workers (I was toy department manager) pulled out this album and played it. When I heard the next two numbers, I was blown away...especially by the horn parts. The second one is in two parts. They are in my Jazz/Instrumental favorites playlist and I play them often. @ChiroDoc

I like lots of genres and artists. But one that most people don't seem to care for is better-quality songs from Anime.

Here's Brothers from Fullmetal Alchemist. The original is sung in Russian, but this cover is in English.

In a parallel timeline, two young brothers live is what is our Europe. While they are quite young their father mysteriously leaves. A while later, their mother dies leaving them "orphaned." But the brothers have become quite good at the science of Alchemy, a real thing in their timeline.

In 1910 they commit a taboo, human transmutation, attempting to resurrect their mother. This costs Edward his right arm, and costs Alphonse his entire body. But rather than losing Al too, Ed performs a transmutation sacrificing his left leg to bind Al's soul to a nearby suit of armor.

This song has Ed calling out to Al in apology, and Al responding.

Long story, but in the end they reunite with their father, finally understanding why he had to leave. Alphonse does get his body back, though at a price.

In one version of the story, at the end Edward has married childhood sweetheart Winry Rockbell and they have kids. In the other version Edward crosses over into our timeline, and with his father there works with and then fights against Nazis from within.

Here is another, in Japanese. It's from Asobi ni Iku Yo!, literally "Let's Go Play!" However for the English dub's DVD release it was retitled "Cat Planet Cuties!" This is a music video for the song, featuring the singers.

Too much to list here, however, by music genre I listen to psychedelic rock, progressive rock, gothic music and classic rock. I am a true Boomer.
