GS measured today for a new goose-neck kitchen faucet he wants to install for me. They gave me a small framed photo of Darius, too.

DS and DDIL gave me a gift card and a scratch off lotto.

A friend gave me wonderful cookies and another gave me a great set of food storage containers, yet another gave me a pretty throw for the couch.

Tim Horton's gift card, McDonald's gift card, my favourite Japanese rice crackers (2 kinds), chocolates, $200 Amazon dollars .. from the O/H. We went for a lovely country drive today, and he made us a chicken curry for dinner. We celebrated with our daughter and her doggy, a few days ago, at her place, so that she could spend time out of town this week.

That's an excellent DAW, back in our recording days that's the one we used.

We don't bother with gifts anymore with anyone, except my older brother and myself exchange gift cards - for me, he gives a Michaels Gift Card and I get him an Indigo Gift Card plus Vanilla Capital One Gift Card.

Took mama back to the doctor yesterday morning and she's got a bad sinus infection....was given prescriptions for antibiotics, steroids and nasal spray.

On a positive note they did swab test her for Covid, plus the flu, and she was negative for both....she says that she is feeling just a little bit better this morning but naturally I'm going to be keeping a close eye on her.
