According to the Daily Record, one of, Scotland's Newspapers,
all that they write is applicable, except for placing a traffic cone
on the head of the Statue of, the Duke of Wellington, this is done
in the dead of the night, after several glasses of alcohol, usually
by a local, or perhaps a student, of the University!

Even here in the unfriendly south, everyone..thanks the bus driver when they get off the bus...and everyone queues, meaning the person at the head of the queue gets on first...

When I was a kid in Scotland , people just got on the bus regardless of who was first

That Cone on the statue thing..really annoys me.... no respect !
