Are you satisfied with your phone, TV, internet service?

I dropped the AT&T landline 2 years ago when it reached $130/month. Also dropped their DSL which was another $50/month. Now I have T-Mobile internet, $55, and my cell phone from Verizon, $45. Besides the savings, I used to get up to 20 unwanted solicitors a day on that landline. It's rare to get any at all on my cell.

My cable, internet bill also over $300. I tremble when I think of it, it makes me sick, it truly does. My landline with different company. Since I rarely use it, although I prefer people calling me on it as I hear the phone better on landline, the bill is super low, so low I pay it once every other month. But the cable kills me. I'm sad for days. It's so wrong.

Yes.
I dropped land line phone service since cell phone service accomplishes the same use.
I dropped Cox cable since the cost was in excess of $200.00 a month & increasing yearly.

I have T-Mobile fixed for life @$120.00 a month for two cell phone connections & internet. Cell service has unlimited calls & texting. T-Mobile pays for basic Netflix included in that $120.00 I pay $8.50 for the no ads feature in Netflix. Total cost per month for two cell phones, internet & Netflix $128.50.

A plus for me is no cost pairing our cell phones to our car for hands free calls & GPS navigation.

I recently "cut" the tv cable hook up for the streaming, course
still get it thru cable/internet...internet okay nothing to brag or
complain about...I'm fed up with ATT and constant fee's adding
to the bill total, I dropped all the bennies they add on, and yet
2 yrs on my bill slowly is creeping up there n the stratosphere
again, so I think I'm gonna research the VOIP option...ATT will
not replace their lines here and they are bad......

We have Comcast, which is pretty good broadband speed and connectivity but they're such a sh*tty company, what started off at $55 for just broadband with nothing else a few years ago is now over $80. WTF? And you can't resolve anything over the phone. You have to go to the Comcast/Xfinity or whatever else they're calling themselves these days to actually speak to someone and remove the excess charges.

That's the only broadband service available in my area, so there's no competition.

Our phone service is T-Mobile, which is okay. I could do without my phone 90% of the time and it wouldn't affect my life at all, other than receiving security codes for certain websites. I could live without all the spam calls.

We don't have a landline or cable TV.

Just like Comcast.

Our Internet is fantastic, and we pay $60 a month for unlimited...

Our cell phones are not so happy, it's costing me $230 a month, but that's two new phones, and the contract ends in March this year. and the phone service sucks... We must use web phones to receive and make calls from our homes... So in that $230, we have unlimited calls in Canada and 60 GIG downloads on each phone.

We won't be buying new phones this year, Our Samsung S23s are still working great, battery and all... But we will be looking for a better service for these phones...

I love our phone, it has an extension in our bedroom, office, and kitchen. All are wired permanently to the wall.

I swore when I retired that I would never be available 24/7 again...
The standard wiring that works during storms and power failures? Those are lifesavers and a smart move. Same with 24/7 thing. I'll never be available 24/7

Mike what's a Web phone ?

I don't receive any broadcast TV. So no payments for that. I do have a landline, even though technically I don't need it. I've always had one, so it stays.

I have internet through Virgin Media, and I'm very happy with it. I pay £55 a month for the landline and the internet. My internet speed is 1Gb download. It's far more than I need, but you know how some men buy cars that go faster than they can legally drive? It's one of those things for me. I wanted the fastest they did to my address because coming from an IT background, I wanted it. :D

In fact, I had half my current speed for less money, and it was also great. But it really bothered me I didn't have the fastest package. No good reason, but you know............

Same here. I just have the basic TV tier and am paying around $225 a month. What gets me is the cable company is always pushing to upgrade my service, of course that means more money for them. When I first moved 3 years ago, it was around $150 a month, but it always seems to go up every few months. One thing I don't like is trying to get a tech to come out. They will try to fix things over the phone which usually doesn't work.

I am just about where you are. We have no providers other than Comcast, so without having competition, I have no choice and that means they are able to charge whatever the PUC allows them to charge. My bill is about $347 per month. TV, high speed Internet and phone.

In Florida, we have about 4 or 5 different providers and depending on the package you buy, your bill can vary.

My cable, internet and phone bundle is over 200 but not near 300. I have a low tier of channels, expanded basic. I keep the landline because of my stepfather.

I've been pleased with Consumer Cellular for my cell. I have a flip phone with pain in the cough texting. But it works OK for me and I'm not planning to upgrade to a smart phone at this time.

here in the UK we have so many Internet and phone providers.... we can chop and change at will as prices rise ..and most of us do...

I don't think most of us do. It's a pain to change. And sometimes, given the times we're in, changing over 5 or 10 pounds isn't worthwhile.

My mother just changed her provider, and forgot to retain her old landline number. Such as pain in the rear.
