Yes, it came late and with wind guests.Good Morning Kaila and everyone.
Several inches of snow yesterday and going to be very cold here today: 23/5.
Did you get snow eventually yesterday, @Kaila?
Kaila, you stay warm and fed. Do your pt under a blankie.
Gee whiz, Kate! I think you need a hat to go along with that scarf of yours! And a matching one would be essential. We are all about the fashion statements, here at our online forum. How are ya today, Kaila? This picture describes me pretty well... it was -6 actual temp when I got up this morning! Have a good night... and stay warm!

sooooo........ Yesterday evening the few day's cumulative stresses mounted up and when my laptop shockingly ceased to function, it all threatened to overtake me, and derail the progress I've been trying to make. How are ya today, Kaila?
This bitter cold must be covering a wide swath of the continent.
Thanks for popping injust popping in for a minute kaila, to see if all is ok with you...no snow here today, forecast is for rain for a week from Wednesday...
don't know what's worse, snow or non-stop rain...
Well I'm going into hospital this week for surgery, so I won't much care I don't suppose what the weather is doing ...Thanks for popping in
and my conclusion would be that the worst would be...
freezing rain!
Though regular rain for a week does sound gloomy!
It was very cold today. -14 Celsius, felt like -18. Stay warm Kaila. I love seeing and hearing geese flying overhead . It’s so special. This bitter cold must be covering a wide swath of the continent.
From @Pinky and perhaps @PeppermintPatty in the North, all the way South to @Rossana .Wow!
Today I saw an orderly arrangement of Canadian geese flying overhead...... and yes, they were headed South for sure!
My guess is that they weren't previously convinced that they'd need to go this year, but after last night, they decided to head out for milder areas, fast!
Their group formations are so amazing, too!It was very cold today. -14 Celsius, felt like -18. Stay warm Kaila. I love seeing and hearing geese flying overhead . It’s so special.
Where we use to live had a big pond full of geese so I was often seeing and hearing that very thing.
Oh, I don't know....I think she looks cute!I'm not positive that's the most flattering set, dear @CallMeKate
But if it keeps you warm in this frozen tundra, then we'll take it!![]()
Bitter cold here. We haven't gotten above freezing for the last 3 days. We were able to get out of the driveway this morning, so I got stocked up (again!) with food. Boy! That cold was brutal!sooooo........ Yesterday evening the few day's cumulative stresses mounted up and when my laptop shockingly ceased to function, it all threatened to overtake me, and derail the progress I've been trying to make.
But after some hours of confusing and frenzied attempts at solving the computer world enigma, along with feelings of being in way over my head, and adding in some good old-fashioned hair wringing,
my laptop suddenly resumed working, when I'd nearly given up hope and had begun contemplating emergency shopping for a new one.
Then after managing some overnight sleep, today I went step by step through what needed to be done today, and kept my calm in between the tasks, and I feel pretty good about what I accomplished. Whew!
Then after an afternoon nap, the p.t. went well, today too.
I dont have a definite reason that I didn't take @RadishRose 's sensible suggestion above, of doing the p.t. under a blanket.....
But I didn't. Maybe next time.
The temps don't show any chance of warming up for the next few days and nights!
So, how are all of you?![]()
