Once every few months, I make it from scratch w Penseys GG dressing base. Old school for sure.

Alternate use for the GG dressing base is bone-in chicken breasts. Marinate in the GG spice mix w buttermilk, over night, and cook in a hot oven or on a grill. The buttermilk moisturizes the meat so it's pretty juicy and flavorful.
 
Never heard of it Jace... but I looked it up, and it says it has anchovies in it...so I wouldn't like it anyway... :D


In the Uk we used to have afitness expert on TV... and she was nicknamed the Green Goddess...

It’s been a couple of years since I had NYC style hot Kosher pastrami on a bialy with spicy mustard. NYC style is hand slicing and stacking the hot lean pastrami sky high.
 
I have to look it up . I’d probably like it myself minus the anchovies. Oddly enough most of the recipes I saw didn’t include anchovies. IMG_7928.jpeg
