I completely understand about that setup you are working on for Jeff.
Very frustrating!
And time consuming!
I feel certain that it's Spectrum system and not Windows, causing the difficulties.
Back some time ago when I was doing that, I had Windows and that part was fine.
I had terrible time with the Spectum self setup though!
I had to call them and they talk you thru it. It was still long and not easy but eventually got it set up.
They will also send a person to do it. I think I had them do that one other time.
Once it was setup, the Spectrum system worked very well, including with Windows.
I agree worth you. I think part of your problem probably is having the 2 with one account number.
I don't know how they do that but they must have a way.
It's definitely a challenging and tiring process.
