Have you started your seeds inside/indoors for your garden?

And, what will be in your garden this season?

You said that your husband is not into heat. Shishitos are relatively small, mellow but ad crunch and flavor to salads. Bell peppers are so bland. They make a perfect mock jalapeno popper:)
My husband and I both like hot peppers and have some type of hot pepper seeds. Bell peppers are fairly bland. I’ found some Shishito Peppers on Amazon so might try them.

Thanks for the info

We have started seeds indoors. We have lettuce, tomato , pepper and garlic. The garlic was started from bulbs, not seeds.

Wow they look very healthy @PeppermintPatty ..what are the white things in first photo ….some sort of seed starter ?

We are into Autumn now ,in spring I intend planting my tomatoes from seed as I’m fed up with not getting what I’ve paid for when it comes to tomato seedlings …this year I bought Goss lesse seedlings and got a small heirloom type uneven shaped tomatoes and ….other years I’ve bought Roma …and got bunches of tiny cherry type of tomatoes .

Last year myself and other friends bought capsicums giant bell ….and got tiny round chilli

We’ve all had a word to,the garden centre and all they say is …..oh the seeds / labels were prob sorted / planted by ..NON ~ English speaking workers

No offer or refund or credit for selling goods …not as pictured

The few warm days did the lettuce seedlings in. I still try every year:( Everything is back in the hot tub enclosure with the milk heater going. Crazy. Tomatoes are blooming in 4 inch seed pots.

Patio tomatoes gave us a bumper crop last year while Sweet 100 bolted. I was lucky to scrounge eight for 1.99 each at a feed & seed.

If half of the specialty peppers make it to production we will need a stand at the farmers market. Friends and neighbors will do! Our farmers market is a joke on a good day.

We stopped planting a full garden several years ago. These days I just plant herbs. I’ve already got basil and mint going. I had a healthy mint plant at the old house and had intended to dig up, because it’s a perennial, but forgot šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø So I’m starting over.

I also usually plant cilantro, thyme and sage. Sometimes other herbs but they’re my go to. Now that I have the back porch arranged I’ll transfer/plant everything in pots so it’s easy to get to from the kitchen. Well, except for the mint. It’s in a small pot right now, but I need to find a spot in the garden for it because it will spread.
