I Found a New Apt Finally!

I've been looking for an new apt in the noth part of my state where there are both water and mountains. Today I found it. Happy happy,joy joy. I call the number and an nice female with my first name answers---that's coincidence #1.

I tell why I am calling and she tells me the apt owner is an atty and is on the phone so I give her my number and she tells me "Mr. W---- will call you back.

The woman turns out to be his wife and he turns out to be my cousin that I never knew existed. I knew his father as my father's brother, and I knew he had kids but I never met them.

Oh...btw, the apt is just what I have been looking for.

Boo-hoo...talked to the owner today and he is a real tight a**. NO washers ofny kind, NO pets. And there is an outside ramp to get to the sidewalk that he feels would be to steep for me. I figure he just didn't want any potential problems...I'm on the hunt again!!!

I imagine type of scenery you want as far water and mountains apartments even 2 family rentals going to be pricey ?

I think it varies state by state because in NY this is Spring and things look great so would think sellers market while here in Florida prices go up during Winter due to many fleeing snow .

This was what I was told so who knows .

Even though it had seemed perfect,
it's better to have found out now, that it wasn't. Rather than you finding out any later.

There's something out there.
I know it can feel very discouraging.

Oh Noooo! So sorry it didn't work out for you. You probably would have been miserable living there anyway.
