I enjoy 10 to 12 hours but unfortunately broken sleep due to bathroom breaks .
Why not get more ?I get abut 6 .. broken sleep..... I'd like more sleep
Wow I give you credit as I could not function on 4 to 5.5 sleep for long term even when worked full time got 8 to 9 hoursI'm not retired... but I get 4 to 5.5 hours of sleep, not by choice. And naps are something I simply refuse and always have. I wouldn't know how to act if I'd ever get a full 6 hours again, let alone 7 or 8!
Same. 8pm to 3am. lolSleeping less and less. About five or six hours but once or twice a week I manage eight to ten if I'm lucky
I can strongly identify with this. Once I wake up, even if I go back to bed again - I don't sleep.I have had insomnia all my life, so it is very hard to have a good
sleep pattern...since this last time change I've gotten into a 4 or 5 hour routine, which gets me up at 3am !!!! with meds I can get maybe 7 or 8 hrs, cannot nap worth a damn tho I will try....
You are very active with your property as far as making syrup , vegetables , etc so would have never thought you were medicated never mind heavily medicated .I get about 8 to 10 hours sleep but I’m heavily medicated..
I am a getting sleep super hero like you once lay down go right to sleep but like you and most here need a bathroom break every 3 hours or so which suckssame as pre-retirement: 8 to 8.5 hours a night. I am asleep within a few minutes, and I often sleep straight through, sometimes need a bathroom break.
No naps needed, unless I am sick.
