Have you tried chewing gum?Same here Pinky: I suffer with what is known as An Ear Worm. Once I get a tune in my head, I just keep humming it or a certain beat it goes on for ages in my head.

Oh, I know what you mean about naps! They also make me feel cranky, confused and miserable so I avoid them. Most nights, 8-9 hours, but some nights I toss and turn, and only get 4-5. No matter how little sleep I get, I cannot take daytime naps or I wake up from those in a very bad mood.

I seem to always have some tune or other going in my head. If it gets annoying, I get rid of it by playing a CD of some other music, or asking Alexa to play something else. It always works.Same here Pinky: I suffer with what is known as An Ear Worm. Once I get a tune in my head, I just keep humming it or a certain beat it goes on for ages in my head.
