Virginia Giuffre, who accused disgraced US financier Jeffrey Epstein and Britain's Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, has taken her own life at her home in Australia, her family said Saturday.

Giuffre, a US and Australian citizen, was 41.

"It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia," the family said in a statement provided to AFP by her agent.

"She lost her life to suicide after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking."

I guess we will never know the truth now. I still think she should have been charged with grooming.

Sad. Around the end of March she said she had 4 days to live after a car accident. After a week past I had hoped she had gotten past what ever she was going through.

Yes she went through a lot but have to wonder if was pushed or tipped over the edge. Saw some reports said she seem to change or was affected by Prince Andrew's defamation suit. It's doesn't seem like he is going down without a fight.

And at times we are asked by the various actors in this whole sorry drama to consider that we are all "innocent" of the accusations being made and for which we are now [some of us] serving prison sentences.

Epstein apparently unwilling to face a boring and perhaps very dangerous life behind bars either is murdered by persons unknown or commits suicide - I doubt if he was very depressed?? and then the Prince no longer a prince is still in denial but quite willing to pay out large sums of money to "settle a case"? or "compensate persons pointing the finger at he?" Sounds to me like "The strange case of the disappearing prince and the pleasure island" ?

Sad that she reached this point. Who really knows what went on? The media has a way of twisting so much information to create sensationalism that I have lost all credibility with them. Maybe she is guilty and maybe she is not. We don’t know the story behind her motivation. She has now taken her secrets with her - may she rest in peace.
 
I'm sorry to say and add, both in question have questionable backgrounds ?
But check out the ? I do sorta trust the Queen.
 
Time for conspiracy theories to proliferate, I guess. Her marriage had apparently just broken down, I'd guess that was a huge factor.

From what I have dug up, it was a horrible, abusive marriage with many AVOS (Apprehended Violence Orders). She was supposed to go back to court for one of them, but it got moved to July.

Anyhow, if we are talking conspiracy theories, you can't ignore that Virginia makes #3

I find it very suspicious that two days after Loretta Presca (the judge) released even more names, which she has been doing for a few years now, Virginia killed herself. ( just saying)

Not that I am aware of Jules, what I read had the focus mainly on David Copperfield, Hawkin, and Sarah Kellen.
I wish I could find the damn report, but no luck.
I think it might have been on Enty's website or his YouTube, I will keep searching.
You know the photo she put up in the Hospital where she is black and blue? I am not 100% sure that she was alive when it was taken, the heart monitor electrodes were on her but were not connected, which I find very suspect.

get very confusing really? when is grooming legal or illegal and are the ages of crossover different for different countries? If you are invited to a hols in say the WI or USA, by an English woman and her yankee boyfriend what laws there apply to grooming for English young girls 15/16 and over { I feel sure all these variables had been carefully checked out] Reminds me in a way of all those dear unfortunate very young girls who were groomed and raped continuously by ME gangs living in UK - that went on for ages before being brought to heel heh.

Parenting isn't always of the best in any country - social services are stretched as are the police - that's how the 'criminal minded' get away with such much for so long?

Those are the ones that made the news. Epstein probably had dozens of girls many of which underage working for him over time.

Some suspect a intelligence honey trap operation and/or Epstein sold his blackmail material to them. He probably also facilitated/brokered a lot of financial deals legal and illegal as well. It's one thing to use young woman in their 20s but if an government agency knew they were using underage girls they should be put on trial as well.

But that Prince Andrew photo with his arm around her waist is very telling of what went on there.

wasn't there a suggestion at the time that it was a 'doctored' photo and never was taken directly as shown?
