If there's one popular choice these days, it's uncooked or undercooked beef. A steak cooked rare. Rare! The blood is still running out of it. You can have your rare beef, I prefer to have mine cooked until it's tender. I'm not into chasing the bull around the field before I eat it thank you very much!
