What public behavior do you find most irritating?

When people don't get their way and start smashing stuff and throwing napkins, and such. Of course, that honks off everyone.

My biggest? Leaving shopping parts in parking spots, OR leaving the electric cart outside. I had hip replacement and at times trouble breathing, I always put the electruc cart back and either used my cane or another shopping cart to go back to my vehicle.

Driver's who risk life and limb to pass you on the Right, only to make a right turn at the next block.

Edit question: why do some people stop way back from the limit line/crosswalk at a Red light?

Reminds me of another pet peeve while driving. Here we are in a left turn lane behind a lead driver at a green traffic light. All of us in the left turn lane have to yield to oncoming traffic -- all well and good. But the lead driver in that left turn lane needs to PULL OUT INTO THE INTERSECTION so that multiple drivers can negotiate that left turn when the light turns yellow.

What irks me is the idiot just sits there, guaranteeing that ONLY HE can make that left turn before the red light stops all of us.

For all the Brit and Aussie drivers, I guess you just have to switch right for left.

People who park so close that i can't open my driver side door and have to climb in thru passenger side.
Once I did manage to get out, I grabbed a zip tie from my glove compartment, and zip tied a shopping cart to their bumper. Bye Bye

I purposely park as far away as is reasonable from the morons who haven't figured out how to open their car door to avoid dings in the neighboring car.

I was watching a t.v. show the other night where the presenter was in Stockholm and visiting lovely spots along the river. He saw some divers coming up from the bottom and asked what they were doing there. The diver said they were cleaning up the river because of all the rubbish that was dumped. Up came bicycles, numerous car batteries, fans, old beds and numerous e. scooters. These wonderful people do this voluntarily many weekends during the summer season. I felt ashamed seeing this as we have a clean-up Australia and our people are just as disgusting. We have the same litterbugs and even cars and shopping trolleys are discarded in rivers.

I agree with a lot of these. I think the one that irritates me the most are the cell phone shouters in public, and those who play music on their phones in public places without using earbuds. My blood pressure never fails to skyrocket. It's just so rude and oblivious.

Homeless openly smoking fentanyl at bus stops/shelters. Others are trying not to breathe in the fumes. It happens on the bike path too. This drug addiction is getting out-of-hand. Quite a few in wheelchairs (limbs amputated from fentanyl/tranq) and they are still chasing the dragon.

Tailgaters.!

I'm not a slow driver..by any means, so when I'm in the fast lane, I can do without mr speedster rammed up my bumper.... particularly when there's no space for me to pull over into the next lane
When I get one of those, I slow down and let him find his own way around me.
