Arthritis Sufferers - Why Your Joints Hurt More When It Rains

Yes, weather affects mine..

Question: what do members use to ease the pain?? Topical cream ?? Pills ?? Aspirin ??

Ken, I don't have official 'arthritis' yet, but much of the pain is due to inflammation. Supplements that are good to reduce inflammation, which I've been using for years as a 'preventative' for potential problems, are MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane) 1,000mg, Glucosamine Sulfate 500mg, Turmeric (Curcumin) and Omega3 fish oil. These have to be taken daily, and results can be judged after around a month of use.

As with any supplements, you have to research all the side effects and drug interactions, especially if you're taking meds like blood-thinners, etc. Best to get approval from the doc if you're under care for health issues.
