Dr. Martin Luthers Kings legacy tainted by his childrens greed

I didn't hear a legacy from the Martin. I heard a man asking his Black fold to seek peace.
The Donald tossed him out of the Whitehouse, for Shame, the man talked peace.

The Martin spoke of non anger, non hatred & non violence.

Not warfare against whites. Sure, it didn't fix any us. A thought is, lots of us are for shame too.

It's easy for me to keep my personal thought quiet too.

I don't understand this statement. Are you saying Trump tossed King out of the White House??? Literally??? King was assassinated many years before Trump appeared on the scene. I must misunderstand this statement.

'Something Bigoted to Distract': Donald Trump Quietly Removes MLK Bust from Oval Office Amid Broader Scrubbing of Civil Rights Symbols Thats what I'm referring to. Not a bright thing to do!

I have some doubts about the Donalds Cognancy. I know you can waist a lot of my time telling me all of MLK's shortcomings. But better yet
talk to us about yours. ... :coffee: ... I have a short temper. And I'm usually hungry. Thas mine.

AI Overview

It has been reported that the bust of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., which was prominently displayed in the Oval Office during the Obama and Biden administrations, has been removed and relocated to a private dining room under the Trump administration.

Reasons cited for the removal include:

Political motivations: Some suggest the move is a deliberate political statement, especially considering the presence of a critic of King's legacy, Charlie Kirk, at the White House.

Interior design preference: The White House has not explicitly stated the reason for the move, leaving room for interpretation regarding the role of aesthetics.

Controversy surrounding the move:

The removal of the bust, especially in conjunction with the presence of individuals critical of Dr. King's legacy, has been viewed as a significant and potentially negative political stance.

Critics argue that the removal is more than just a matter of interior design, but rather reflects an unwillingness to align with Dr. King's legacy.

Oh. Thank you for that clarification. Now I remember, just didn't connect it to that statement.
