Local Triple Homicide in News

My aunt (mother's brother's wife) called me last evening and asked if the grandmother that is mentioned was any relation to my mother's side of the family (my mom's maiden surname was Crandall). I really couldn't say - it not exactly a rare name, but my maternal grandfather's family came from that area.

talking of drama... I have my windows open here all the time, and the window in my office room i just 3 feet from where I'm sitting. I live in a very quiet neighbourhood..


About an hour or 2 ago, I heard someone talking very loudly, so I got up to close the window because it was going on and on... and it was a guy early 40's , not known to me, surrounded by 4 large bags and a gym mat... having an animated conversation on the phone, presumably to the person who he just left.. or maybe he had been thrown out ...

I watched as his voice raised, he gesticulated wldly then hung up.. put his pohne away in his shots pocket and started picking up his bags to walk on, then the phone rung again, and so the whole thing played out once more..

*ugh*... I couldn't be doing with all that stress again
 
I was shopping for birthday cards today and noticed how almost all of them state a relationship; daughter, mother father, son, cousin, aunt, etc. Happy birthday Mother's brother's wife!, was probably there.
