We're at 100* today....will be cooling down to the 90s for a few days. Then 100* by next Tuesday.
My neighbor offered up his pool to me while he's out of town for awhile.

Having some severe rainy weather in the Texas Hill Country this afternoon…

.. they have said that there are at least 13 deaths due to flooding so far. The rain came at an alarming rate.

They are now in the process of trying to locate girls at a camp site .. …20 girls missing. They are saying cabins have been washed away at the camp site..

My weather app says its 74 degrees right now and says it feels like 74 degrees. How can that be ? Whenever I watch the weather on TV, it never feels like the actual temperature!
Which raises the question...what happens to the wind chill in the summer? For instance, Its 74 but with the wind chill it feels like 73.

It got down to 57F last night which is really cool for this time of year here. Shaping up to be another pleasant day, but it's not to last. We're under a heat advisory for Sunday.
