75 year old woman falls off tractor and takes 14 hours to crawl home with a broken leg

She can scream for help at the top of her voice and nobody hears her.
What an impressive lady. No dog?

I find the lack of a dog strange also especially in a large tract of land she owned but everything isn't always the way we expect. Kind of reminds me of the Aaron Ralston incident though.

She's pretty tough, and I'm not surprised. Some of the toughest people I know are in the 70s and 80s. I know a few Gen Z types who would have a complete meltdown and need online therapy to recover.

My grandmother always had a garden. It was at least 100 feet by 100 feet. This was way back in the 1950s when diabetes wasn't so well managed. She lost a leg to the disease and still worked her garden, using a wheelchair.. Then she lost her other leg. and she still worked in her garden. They made 'em tough back then.
