Online TV schedule won't load all day today

Even TV Passport doesn't work every time I access it. Today I get this message:

Unable to connect to your database server using the provided settings.

This is the one I use to see what's going to be on TV. All In get is "Oops! Something went wrong!"
I wanted to know if it a problem on their side or mine - I haven't had any trouble with any other websites.

Instead, click the Change Provider button on the left side of your screen and set up the TV Service you use in your area. The good news is that you should be able to scroll through the channels for your tv listings.
 
You will not be able to log into your account. You will keep getting Incorrect username and/or password error messages. You will not be able to reset your password and get a link to your email either. It is not loading the tv listings when you are signed into your account. I have no answer for that. It is acting crazy and hopefully, it will be fixed.
 
It will drive you crazy if you do. If you are signed out of your account, you will not be able to log into your account, but you will see the tv listings. I have tried doing this on more than one browser. Use Firefox or Waterfox or Microsoft Edge Browsers or whatever browser you can use that you do not have your account signed into right now.
 
Try bringing up another browser and put in the website that I gave you earlier: https://tvlistings.gracenote.com/grid-affiliates.html?aid=tribnyc2dl. You should get a Sign Up or Log In at the corner where you sign into your account. Do Not Log in!!

That is the only way you can look at your tv listings right now if you are signed out of your account. Do Not Try to Log in until the website is fixed and working properly.
