The world keeps getting crazier and scarier These poor people! Some are in critical condition, others in serious condition. A woman being interviewed for a news broadcast I saw said it happened near the registers, most of those stabbed were disabled or in wheelchairs and not able to get out of the perps way. She saw people sitting by the aisles and blood was everywhere. You can just X out the donation banner to read the article.

I've watched multiple videos on this. In every single one they failed to mention a citizen with a gun disarmed and held the suspect until police arrived.

Guns are bad and the armed citizen's brave actions didn't fit the media's agenda...

It literally makes me ill. America is despicable.
...but in all the reports in the UK, it states that one passer by had a gun and had it pointed at the suspect, and shouting ''drop the knife''...... and the suspect was shouting that he didn't care if they shot him

Sounds like he had reached the end of reason and wanted
either death, or life in prison where he would be fed and
housed for the rest of his life.

Really sad.

Mike.

Media here name the guy who held the knifeman at bay as a Marine, Derrick Perry. Thank goodness he was there, along with the other guys who helped disarm the attacker and protect other shoppers.

A Walmart spokesperson said that violence like this is unacceptable.
I don't know what we would've thought had he not pointed that out.
Unfortunately, regulations on gun ownership and concealed carry laws continue to loosen. In Florida, the legal age to buy a handgun was recently reduced from 21 to 18, and carrying concealed weapons no longer requires a permit. That familiar phrase—"the only way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun"—might sound reassuring, but in practice, it's far too rare to offer real peace of mind.

The gunman hero...was actually an EX Marine...

A heroic shopper stepped in to save the lives of terrified locals at a Walmart after a deranged knifeman stabbed 11 people in a 'terror' rampage.

The man, identified as former Marine Derrick Perry, pulled out a concealed firearm and held knifeman Bradford James Gille at gunpoint until officers arrived at the scene.
