My weather is similar to Kate's, which makes sense as we're in the same region. It's predicted to be hot and humid today so, I'm hoping for the forecasted possible rain/storms to help out.

@Kaila, glad you got your car back and it's now running well. :cool:🚗

@RadishRose, it's wonderful that your Boudica is with family she loves and you know will take good care of her. ❤️ I love the picture you put up of the dog resting his head in a human's hand. My Lucius does that.

Mine has been poor all day today, as well, with some other additional symptoms and a sluggish day all around. 😐🫤🙁

I did manage to go outdoors for a short time and did just a few of my exercises. 👍
When possible, it feels better to do just a little exercise rather than none!.

Though sometimes, it's better to rest.🙄

It's sometimes quite confusing, to decide which of those 2 directions to go. 😵‍💫😏☺️😊😁

Well, I put off doing much of anything till about two. Then I got busy in the kitchen and did what I needed to do. After that I cleaned Rabbit's area. Was not easy and I was slow so I locked him in his cage so I could get it done in my own time.

Felt a bit better so had some supper. Now it feels like the stomach ache is going away. The only thing I have done different is to take an OTC pain med. I hope that wasn't what caused it because it really did help (my shoulder). I am afraid to take it for tonight and afraid not to take it. Not sure what I will do.

We are enduring a heatwave that is supposed to last through Wednesday. Today the high is 97F/36C, climbing to 101F/38C and 100F/37.7C, Tuesday and Wednesday. And those are not the "real feels," but the actual freaking temps! Yeesh! 🥵☀️

@Kaila and @katlupe, I hope both your tummies are feeling better this morning. :) @Kaila, good for you for getting some exercises in. 💪

I slept more overnight and early this morning, than I have been recently , so therefore, I'm hoping for a better day, today.
For myself and each of you!😊🤗☺️

I've seen a few birds at the feeder.
Chickadee, cardinal, nuthatch, goldfinches... hurray, I love the wild birds!

Oh, how I envy you! The thing about living in a condo, is, not seeing all the different birds that frequented the backyard at our house. I was in heaven when I lived in Australia, with all the large birds - cockatoos, cockatiels, magpies, galahs, etc. I especially loved the saucy magpies. All we get here, is pigeons, who I love, though they make a mess.

At the moment, it's 34C/93F .. we are going to a country town today, and will probably have lunch, and do our grocery shopping before heading home. We have a couple of stops on the way .. library, pick up a prescription.

I would love to be able to see a variety of birds too @Kaila. Unfortunately, the only ones I see regularly in my back street are herring gulls and pigeons. 🤣 I do sometimes see pied wagtails and if I can get Rocco to the park then there is a bigger variety but it would still be nice to see them out of my window instead.

Later this month, I will be going by train to a nature reserve with youngest son and grandson. Lots of birds to see there, I love it.

Haven't had much time on here today, eldest son is doing family history research on his (late) dad's side and keeps messaging me with either questions or information. A distant member of the family has already done a family tree but it's one of those spread out ones with too many branches if you get what I mean but no indivudual information. My son is doing a straighter lineage one and finding out occupations etc. which is more interesting - to us anyway.

And that is my day so far. Exciting eh?

Unfortunately, no .. :( .. while I was there, I'd never thought of taking photos of the birds.

One time, at a Caravan stop, I was making sandwiches with the camper door open behind me. When I turned around, there was a magpie just inside the door. I tossed it a piece of sandwich meat, which he carried away - then he came back, and I tossed him more. This went on a few times.
