Have only been in a McDonalds once ( almost 30 years ago) has it got any better since then?
smoking in cars with children in the back is wrong and most parents won't do it, but this law won't get enforced.

Yes, but the thread is about harming your children while smoking in a car.
If youn want to stuff yourself in macdonalds you are only hurting yourself.
But then.
That inconsiderate person will likely be stuffing the children as well with garbage, building up all sorts of problems later in life fo them.
