I don't like it when they say ''British English''...It's just English as you say...... that's the language it's OURS.... it should only be preceded with a country when it's not British...Grey and gloomy

Google says... Both "grey" and "gray" are correct spellings of the color between black and white. "Gray" is more common in American English, while "grey" is more common in British English. (Otherwise known as ENGLISH!)![]()
Oh gosh was that a year ago?...wow!...time just flies by, it scares me really.....Pleasant so far. Virtually cloudless.
What a change from last August 9th when we had significant rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Debby and my cellar flooded. I got off relatively easy. Other homes were swept away by local floods! My rain gauge registered 4.2 inches (11 cm) in just one hour. The fire department was at a neighbor's house for an hour and a half doing a basement pump-out.
