Tiny homes, motor homes, any kind of small homes.

I watch all those YT channels about living in RVs or vans but I hate to drive. So I always say if I had to move from here I would live in a van but that is not going to happen. I hate traffic and driving.
I actually liked driving it and seeing new places. It was big enough so other drivers gave it some respect on the road. When we started out we moved every few days. Then it was every couple weeks. The longer we stayed the smaller it seemed. We ended up getting one twice as long which I really enjoyed driving. By the time we sold it we were staying at the same place for months and even the bigger one felt small. We spent 8 years traveling all around the country looking for a place to settle down for the winters. We landed in Southern California about as far from home as we possibly could and still be in the lower 48. I wish I had kept it for shorter trips and such.

I know it wouldn't qualify as a small home, but these house trailers remind me of the pick up cap by brother built out of wood for his Toyota pickup in the late 70's. It was sided with cedar shakes, sliding windows on each side with a shingle roof. He even had a small metal stove pipe coming out of the roof. He called it his $hithouse on Wheels. It really did get looks when he drove it, LOL.

I wish I had a picture to share, but I don't.
