Help with re-starting cell phone...

Got 2 text for someone else
deleted
When I went to make a call
No network available
Called
of course..it's c®a¶¶¥ Tracfone
Call 3 times
no help

Anybody have any ideas?😉
 

This is the number I have for Tracfone, 800-867-7183. I used to have Tracfone, but not now. I just now called that number and it worked. You need to speak to a customer support agent. Follow the mmenu prompts. I realize you said you called 3 times and no help, but that's the only way I could ever get help.

Did no one answer? Or they answered and weren't helpful? Can't tell from your posts which it was. There has to be a way around this.

Try this: Go to this link <- click here.

When the site opens, give it a few seconds to finish loading, then scroll down until you see this:

CLICK where it says "CHAT WITH US", which looks like the above screenshot.

That will open a chat window that looks like this:

CLICK where it says "Technical support."

That will connect you to a chatbot and there is a dialogue box where you can type in your issue. They probably will ask you for your name and/or phone details first. They may ask you some other questions, and they may ask you to wait while they get a support person for your issue.
