So tired of people regurgitating that crap.$0.5 million in S&P index ETF in 2003 would have turned to >$5.36 millions in 2025
It's sales hype.
Or as I like to call it.
Caca de toro.

in this case it’s just wasted words since with in one year we got all our money back and had 8 apartments left and we were invested in the markets as the money came in .So tired of people regurgitating that crap.

well i am not going to let this bull crap this guy is posting slide but i am not participating anymore in these other threads. No offense,
but you'd have some credibility if you stopped posting,
instead of saying that you won't be posting
while you continue to post.
zero time .All my posting were just quotes from the AI search result. Of course I have no clue how many hours you spent on your "business" and the co-op property madness. And it's the two of you combined labor.
oh i certainly will dispel the crap this poster keeps dreaming up.I do find it so amusing when somebody says they are not posting any more and then posts several more long posts on , well, exactly what they said they weren't wasting any more time posting about.
yes you are so rich and your money making is so important - you are correct , it is wasted words, you don't need t o waste any more of thembraggingsaying so.
If you say so.zero time .
it was all handled by douglas elliman . except for bank trips to deposit checks for sales there was zero for us to do.
the building has its own 24/7 maintenance crew . once the tenant left it was sold by them
douglas elliman handled rent collection and sales of the apartments .
it was a 100% pasdive unvestment which was what we wanted
Almost as good as the members who announce they're leaving because of [insert generic offense of the week] and then sticking around long enough to watch others beg them to stay and say how wonderful they are.I do find it so amusing when somebody says they are not posting any more and then posts several more long posts on , well, exactly what they said they weren't wasting any more time posting about.![]()
We are in the same condition. There are people who would say we are poor, but we are comfortable, with no financial problems. There is a big difference between being wealthy and rich.
I am not at all wealthy, but I am rich in so many ways.
I am part of a family that is rich in love and consists of four generations of gentle, loving and compassionate people. We help each other according to needs and means.
I am secure financially in my old age and I own the home that I live in. It provides hospitality as well as shelter for those that need it from time to time.
I can afford to buy groceries at the supermarket, and I am able to seek medical care, advice or treatment without going bankrupt.
I have all that I need materially and have no desire for more. Why strive to acquire wealth if you don't need it? Wealth brings its own pain and problems.
you don’t know what i have .If you say so.
Good for the two of you to have a total $4 million together for the whole life time at this age.
oh i certainly will dispel the crap this poster keeps dreaming up.
i hate bull sh*t which this poster just seems to be filled with.
he wants to show i did not do well with this investment but he is grabbing at straws and us just spewing nonsense
I'd kind of like to see a poll about how many members give a flying fig about how much or how little money the rest of us have. It's kind of weird for this venue to even announce it... there are financial forums that could give the back pats and validations that sometimes seem so needed.I couldn't care less how well yo u did with your investments or whether his view is correct either - just amused me that you keep posting about it over and over after saying you weren't posting any more.
i wasn’t the one who brought it up , the jerk did . i never mentioned any numberI'd kind of like to see a poll about how many members give a flying fig about how much or how little money the rest of us have.
