in this case it’s just wasted words since with in one year we got all our money back and had 8 apartments left and we were invested in the markets as the money came in .

so it’s stupid to try to count other people’s money when you have zero clue about how they spend , what they spend , what’s taxes are and how much is given away .

its stupid crap like this which is the reason i won’t contribute here anymore

All my posting were just quotes from the AI search result. Of course I have no clue how many hours you spent on your "business" and the co-op property madness. And it's the two of you combined lifetime labor, resulting in $4 million now.

zero time .

it was all handled by douglas elliman . except for bank trips to deposit checks for sales there was zero for us to do.

the building has its own 24/7 maintenance crew . once the tenant left it was sold by them

douglas elliman handled rent collection and sales of the apartments .
it was a 100% pasdive unvestment which was what we wanted

Almost as good as the members who announce they're leaving because of [insert generic offense of the week] and then sticking around long enough to watch others beg them to stay and say how wonderful they are. :rolleyes:

But there are quite a few amusing things... like former members trying to come back with a new username and "knowing" all about us after being here only a week or two... definitely a "tell." But 🤫 .

We are in the same condition. There are people who would say we are poor, but we are comfortable, with no financial problems.

for your information 3.44 households have 4 million OR MORE

I'd kind of like to see a poll about how many members give a flying fig about how much or how little money the rest of us have. It's kind of weird for this venue to even announce it... there are financial forums that could give the back pats and validations that sometimes seem so needed.
 
If someone have $10 or even $5 millions, he would not post 3.44%($4million), given the history of this person bragging about his wealth. This is just my stupid logic.
