I love broccoli and have it a couple of times a week (I could every day, actually). The other cruciferous veges I like are cabbage and brussell sprouts, but don't have them often. I like spinach, but not the other dark leafy greens. I drink decaffeinated green tea daily, sometimes twice a day and just got into eating dehydrated cranberries a couple of weeks ago. I've been putting a mixture of them and walnuts in my yogurt. I can't stand the smell of garlic, so don't use it. My son puts it in his bean soup, but makes it in a pressure cooker, so the aroma doesn't overwhelm me.
Which of these do you consume on a regular basis? Did you know they helped stave off cancer?
