What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Tonight I had one of my home made ''stews'' for want of a better word...

It's not really a stew, but it is minced beef, with veggies and sausage chopped into it.. in a red wine and beef gravy...

I was going to have custard and iced ginger cake...I rarely ever have dessert, but I really fancied some tonight, but when I went to make the custard I didn't have enough milk... so that went on the back burner...

I'll make it tomorrow
 
Last night I had Mozzarella and Pesto Quiche with a side of Mange Tout....

..and for lunch today I've just had toasted cheese Rolls with sliced ham off the bone.. and tomatoes
 
Last night we did Vietnamese take-away pho (had mine with tofu and vegetable broth).

Delish... Knowing I couldn't eat my whole portion, I put half the veggies into half the broth and refrigerated the rest. Guess what's for breakfast? 😋
 
Yesterday, Wednesday, no breakfast as usual, then for lunch mic'd a 12 ounce package of frozen broccoli florets with added mayo and salt, washed down with apple juice. For dinner, mic'd 5 frozen fish sticks, adding catchup and salt, washed down with whole milk plus a few hard candies. So a light meal day for this 137 pounder.
 
Spent a chunk of time this morning switching tv's and pc's over to a new wifi modem,
is it really eat time already??? May be a take out night :rolleyes:
 
Right now I;m baking Sausage rolls in the Airfryer for dinner ....

Today I had the same thing for lunch & Dinner..

I baked a Bacon and egg flan from scratch today so I had a piece for lunch and then the same again at dinner..
