Why is so difficult to find plain pineapple juice?

I was thinking I'd like some PJ and looked for it when I shopped. They have all blends with other juices:
pineapple/mango
pineapple/orange
pineapple/orange/coconut
pineapple/orange/guava and
pineapple/orange/apple

Why is everything so fancy now? Do juice makers ever consider some people may want just plain pineapple?

The local Wegman’s has it in large cans and bottles.

It reminds me of church and wedding shower punch recipes.

This is an easy one! 😉🤭😂

Mm-mmm-mmm....."church punch". I remember it fondly; ginger ale, pineapple juice, some fruit and a big chunk of sherbet floating in the bowl. I remember going to a wedding shower somewhere and didn't realize that there was booze in the church punch. That was gooood stuff.

I used to make homemade sangria for parties. Cheap red wine, pineapple juice, orange juice, lemonade, limeade, crushed fruit, vodka if I wanted it to be REALLY alcoholic, ginger ale if I wanted it to be fizzy. It wasn't church punch.....at least any church I attended.....

Punch was fun when I was young and broke.

This jello punch was always a hit.

1 cup sugar
2(3 ounce) packages red Jell-O
12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate
46 ounces pineapple juice
1⁄2gallon water
2 liters ginger ale
1 lemon, thinly sliced for garnish

Dissolve jello in two cups boiling water, add lemonade concentrate and remaining 6 cups water, chill or freeze, add ginger ale and lemon slices at serving time.

It's even more fun when spiked with a fifth of vodka.

This is what can happen with Aunt Bea's punch!
