There are only 2 ways that we like fish, and the simple simmer method is one of them. Easy peasy! And delicious!Thank you, RR, about the dental.
Last time we stocked up on salmon, we cut it into smaller portions so we could stretch it out to last longer.
It seemed to work.
Otherwise we just cook it the same simple way. Easy and quick.
Just a simmer to steam it, plain.
We both need it to be extra soft .
Olive oil or light margarine is enough. It's fresh so it tastes great.![]()
I let my husband cook the fish. I dry it out... every time. I've got this thing about wanting to make sure the fish is really cooked. Really cooked. There are only 2 ways that we like fish, and the simple simmer method is one of them. Easy peasy! And delicious!
I used to make that same error, until I learned how quickly, fish goes from perfectly delectable to too rubbery to chew.I let my husband cook the fish. I dry it out... every time. You might want to look at the specifications section on each laptop that grabs your attention,Pam.Good evening. Good to read that your pt session went well @Kaila.
Not very nice weather today, rain for most of the day so in a way I'm glad that the laptop I wanted wasn't in stock and I didn't have to go into town. Have been looking at alternative laptops online and found another that looks good. Going to read some reviews on it before deciding whether to get it or to wait for the other one to come back in stock.
Going to play in the word games then settle down to watch some tv. It's the introduction of the contestants in Strictly Come Dancing tonight. I used to really enjoy this programme, I am not quite as enthusiastic as I used to be... but I'll probably still watch it. I do enjoy watching ballroom dancing, just some of the celebrities leave me cold, especially this year's offering.![]()

Yep, that's what I generally produce, the chewy kind.I used to make that same error, until I learned how quickly, fish goes from perfectly delectable to too rubbery to chew.![]()

Emphasis on might!
Look there (if you dare)
for any features that are important to you.
Amongst the ones on their list that are possibly comprehensible.
Such as, if you want a lighter weight laptop, or if a touchscreen is important to you, etc.
It's confusing but sometimes narrows down to something you'd be happier with than something else.

Itβs the new reality for many of us. Itβs smart to accept it and ask for help. I think people like to do it. I was always happy to do it for someone else. We were trained as Brownies and Scouts for this day.Accepting help in New ways.... sometimes we do need to get used to doing that.
Isn't it nice to experience the kindness of others when we need a little help @Babs2u? Renews faith that people are good.i went to Aldi for a couple of items. On the way back I stopped for gas. As I was closing the little door to the gas tank I dropped my car key. It looked like it went under the front of the rear tire but I had trouble finding it as I couldnt get down low enough to see well.
I guy walked by and I said excuse me, could you give me a hand? He was kind and we found it nestled inside the wheel. The other day I asked a woman to get something off a top shelf for me.
I guess this is the new me.
