🚨
Scam of the Week: Fake Netflix Job Offer
🚨

Cybercriminals are targeting marketing professionals with fake job opportunities that appear to come from Netflix’s HR department.
👉
Here’s how the scam works:
1️⃣
You receive an email offering a high-level marketing position.
2️⃣
A follow-up email includes a link to schedule an interview.
3️⃣
The link takes you to a fake Netflix careers page that asks you to create a “Career Profile” using your Facebook login.
4️⃣
If you enter your credentials, cybercriminals can instantly steal your Facebook account.
✅
Protect yourself with these tips:
🔍
Hover over links before clicking—watch for small errors in the URL.
🔑
Legitimate employers like Netflix will never require your Facebook login for job interviews.
⚠️
Be cautious of job offers you didn’t apply for. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is

you do see where I got the ad for the job from right? Why didn't they check it out and jerk it off
being published?
I'm not sure... but just a week ago, they warned (MSN) that this was going on. Kinda freaky, eh?

Editing this to add that the AI job does appear to be real after more research, but Netflix job offers are popular scams. No one ever knows what's real anymore. 🤷‍♀️

Sort of my point in posting this.. all news broadcasters should be trustworthy in airing the truth about anything they put on out to
the public. If you can't believe something as simple as an ad, how can you believe anything. For jobs of this caliber doesn't a company
usually use a Headhunter? Using a headhunter filters out all the billions of useless applicants for jobs of certain caliber.
That is why I find it hard to believe this is a legit ad, could be but if so sure a messy way to find a qualified person.

It's also appearing in Fortune and Entrepreneur so it's real but my goodness, "messy" is a perfect word for the kooks they're going to pull out of the woodwork for sure! 🤭
I have a friend who lives in Holland and Headhunting is what he has done for years, Flies all over the world to meet these top candidates
for prestige jobs. So this really surprises me it would out there for the world to see to find the perfect team even. Boggles my mind.
