What are you cooking or baking today?

I'm attempting this moment to cook my first pizza in the
oven, a frozen one, it said to warm the "oven and stone"
at the same time, well I ain't got no stone!!!!!!
Using a big cookie sheet, we will see!!!!

Cookie sheet or pizza pan works great for me too. The pizzas I buy usually say to put alone on oven rack. I don't like cleaning any drips that bake on the oven bottom and rack, so I use a pan. I just cook it a little longer since the underside of the crust doesn't get browned. Enjoy! 🍕🍕🍕

Well, I ate some maybe not the be have best I have had...also, forgot
that i didnt have any red pepper, nor, parmesan cheese, finally got
it cut up...i know I used to have A pizza cutter.....will have to re-think
the menu LOL....

You reminded me to get some parmesan cheese to put on mine from now on. I'd forgotten about it. I use kitchen shears to cut mine into squares and rectangles.
 
A couple weeks ago I broke down and purchased a tiny KitchenAid food processor.

This morning, I used it to recreate the old fashioned ham salad that I grew up with.

7oz. Hatfield ham steak, 1/4 c fluorescent green sweet pickle relish, a chunk of onion and about 1/2 cup of low-fat mayonnaise.

Pulse, pulse, pulse!

That will take care of lunch for a few days. 🐷
