Good morning Kaila and friends!

I slept in today and I'm still feeling lazy, on this beautiful morning. It's about 60°F/15.5°C right now, and we're expecting it to reach 77°/25° later in the afternoon. The only clouds that I see are off in the distance.

....sending wishes for a great day to everyone! 1759928522627.gif

Good Morning, Kaila and Friends. 🤗:coffee:🎃

I'm up late this morning as I stayed up late watching PBR with husband and playing Animal Crossing. --Well, not at the same time.

Going to bed late, I knew I was going to wake late so I'm not stressed about it. If I have to take the first dog walk without my make-up on, no one will care but me. download (1).jpeg

i regained hope today, and regained some confidence, while there today.
Kaila, this is wonderful to read. ♥️ Positivity vibes for your continued success. Getting stronger, bit by bit, girl.

@CallMeKate, your meme is gorgeous this morning!

The usuals for me today.

Hoping everyone woke feeling good this Wednesday morning. Wishing you all a peaceful day.

Kaila, do you have to pay any extra fees for physical therapy? We have a basic amount in our health plan for 12 sessions. Once that runs out, it’s pricey. DH is spreading his treatments out. They were very helpful so the extra was worth it.
I've only had to pay some very small balances. Right now, a program is paying those. Who knows how long that program will or will not continue, but the small balances add up, of course, so it's great. No balances, atm.

The help from my p.t. is well worth it, as long as the larger percentage is paid by my Medicare. Which it has been.

They have continued to pay for it, for me with this neuro condition, longer than they do for some other conditions. I was in the hospital and rehab, in the winter, where the problem was documented.

Perhaps in the big picture, they know it's cheaper than if I need to be an inpatient again, at a hospital or rehab facility.

For now, as long as my Dr and my Physical therapist, document that it is still medically necessary and a key part of my treatment plan, they will hopefully continue to extend the payments.

Happy Wednesday to Kaila and friends

@Kaila - I’m so glad your treatments are still getting paid for. Maybe because you still ‘need’ them they are still getting paid for. This is great news. I’m glad you are receiving benefits from them. This is also good news.

Happy Wednesday to everyone else. I’ve no new news to share at the moment, except that my days are going well. I’m walking between 45 minutes to 1 hour daily

Here’s to hopefully that Wednesday goes out as welcoming as it came in. ( if that makes sense )🤷‍♀️

I just now realized what you had meant by your question, Jules. 😊🙄😊🫣😊
😁😁😁

You were asking if I pay more for a plan, in order to get extra p.t. covered By it. 😏
Right?😆😄

The answer to that is no, I don't. 😀
I only have regular traditional Medicare.
No additional coverage, other than a Part D, which is for some prescription drugs and some vaccines.

I should explain that I’m Canadian so our medical system is different. We all get basic medical care. Things like PT and Chiropractors are usually covered by our extended health plans through work. We’re only partially covered for each year. If someone had a workplace accident, they’d be covered. Maybe a stay in a hospital too. I’ve never had either of these so don’t know the intricacies.

DH is doing much better with his bad shoulder so the PT told him he only needs to return if something changes. The first dozen sessions were covered; after that it was $105 each. I don’t know what happens if someone can’t afford it.

You appear to have a great plan. PTs can do lots of good.

Good morning, fun and games with this computer. Couldn't access my email etc. ended up having to clear all cache and cookies - I don't really understand it all - and it still didn't help me get access to my email. Eventually a message came up that the problem is at their end. However, having cleared cache and cookies meant I was then logged out of other places including this forum, tried logging in but it didn't work then I remembered I'd joined when I was with a different email provider so had to put that email address in. :rolleyes:.

On a brighter note, it is Rocko's birthday today. I will attempt to take him out but if he doesn't want to go, then that's fine. It's his day today. 🐶🎂

All the very best to you @Kaila and everyone else of course. 💕

Oh my gosh what a mess, for you to deal with your computer, :oops:
@Pam
Glad you found a way to get back here to us! 💗

@Jules
I'm very glad that your husband's shoulder is much better!
And thank you, that is all very, very interesting to learn about your health care system,too.
So close in proximity, and yet so different from ours!

Overnight frosts and freezes, all around us, but so far, not in our exact spot.
The trees are beautiful in the autumn colors.

The p.t. on Tuesday was a significant help for me overall; However , I'm still having troubles with attempts at normal movements of my arms and legs, and hands and fingers.😐

I'm trying not to get discouraged, and I'm glad to have p.t. sessions scheduled .
One for tomorrow, Friday.

Dh's lab work came back good, this week. ☺️

Gorgeous Blue Jay was near my window, today.🤩😀🤗

He is soooooooo adorable!🥰
And you are a very good personal photographer. 😉😊😁

Pam, could I put a doggie costume on my dear old cat, and bring her to Rocco 's party too?🤗

But of course you can bring your cat... definitely need a doggie costume on her though. ;)

Rocco not coming until around 10.30 today so I'm having a quick play on here then heading to the Post Office when it opens in 20 minutes. Catch up with everyone later.

Good Morning, Kaila and Friends. 🤗 :coffee:🎃

Husband and boyfriend are both off today. Woot!

@Kaila, glad to hear that Tuesday's physical therapy went well and you had good results from husband's lab work. Good thoughts for today's physical therapy maybe helping even a bit more with your normal movements. Good Vibes.jpg

@Pam, Rocco looks great! :)

I've finished my morning journaling and I'm off to do my makeup and start this day.

Wishing everyone a happy Friday. 🤗
