Anyone else use Yahoo mail?

I have Yahoo mail and do not like it. It was transferred from another Email service that was shut down. They make me confirm my two email accounts quite often and the mail is divided by regular and priority emails. It just isn't working for me but will keep until I get a new computer with a tech setting up a new one up for me.

I have a Yahoo email, but it's not my primary. I went to it just now to see if there was any change, and mine still looks as it always has. It is Yahoo's practice to text me a six-digit code that I have to enter when logging in. As I recall, you are not text capable so I don't know if that could become an issue for you at some point.

I have no problem signing in but they keep annoying me with options to try the new Yahoo. They also said in email that the version I have will be discontinued..when...they didn't say.
I was signed in to this forum and another with Yahoo so have changed that just in case it disappears forever as I have no intention of paying for the new version.

I have it for when I don't want to use my primary email. I have an AOL email too.
The new Yahoo is a pain when signing in but I'm managing. Odd thing is it's pretty much like AOL mail.

Verizon sold AOL and Yahoo to Apollo Global Management in 2021. Since then, they have been operating under the Yahoo name.

Also, AT&T has a partnership with Yahoo that uses Yahoo's servers for its email service.

Well if they're operating under the Yahoo name why does it say AOL?
My email acct for here is an AOL address.

I cannot answer that question, just as I cannot explain why I still sign into an old AT&T account using an AT&T sign in, but AT&T is using Yahoo servers. Also, I have an Outlook account but I still sign in using hotmail, the former name.

Me too. I have a hotmail acct. I tried to make a new one using outlook and for some reason it wouldn't let me.

I have several Yahoo mail accounts but I rarely go directly to Yahoo to check my mail. On my phone and tablet I use Samsung mail to retrieve the mail from my yahoo accounts (they're set up as IMAP accounts) and on my PC I use Thunderbird the same way. I used to use Outlook on my PC but it just exhausted me with an almost endless stream of little glitches. I switched to Thunderbird about a month ago and so far I'm totally pleased with it. It took a bit to get used to it but it works great and includes an excellent address book and calendar.

I had the old yahoo email look and changed to the new look as my gmail just did the same thing months ago. I figure I may as well get used to the new look because at some point they probably will force you into the new look anyways That's what happened with our gmail. Old look changed automatically to new look and could not go back to old gmail look.

I have a Yahoo email, but it's not my primary. I just checked and it still has the old look. There is an option to upgrade but, no thanks.
