Are you a sensual senior?

Does the thought of kissing and cuddling with someone new (a senior) intrigue you?

Yes, if expressed by this definition I found online of a sensual person: "They are mindful of and find pleasure in things like the taste of food, the feel of a fabric, or the sound of music. While often linked to sexual appetite, the term can also describe a general love for physical experiences that are not necessarily sexual."

I think so too. For example the feeling of silk is a very sensual experience. I understand that some women (and men!) like silk underwear.

Maybe this thread was meant to trick others into talking about sex. If we accused the opening poster of stepping over the line, he could always say, "That's not what I meant. It's the rest of you that have dirty minds."

So I'm going to need some clarification about the meaning of the question. Not saying I'll comment, either way.

Reads clear to me Dave. He wants to know if the thought of messing around with someone new, a senior, intrigues you. I suppose he is afraid to spell it out and ask if having a sexual relationship with someone new, a senior, appeals to us the senior reader. Maybe he is taking a poll for AARP for their swinging seniors assisted living village. :D

It is misleading in the fact that the title ask about our senior sensuality, but the OP clarifies by specifying kissing and cuddling. What he is asking is, are you a senior swinger?

I read that, well the thread title anyway, and then forgot about the first post when I went off on my own track. I need to keep up with my AARP dues. I may be missing out on some of their benefits. ;)

This is to clarify my post #17 in relationship to the posts that followed: Becoming a senior didn't make me any less able to experience normal human feelings. Sensual input from certain music or visual cues can still trigger strong emotional responses, but that doesn't necessitate me acting on those feelings in real life with another person - not until or unless there was first a strong emotional commitment, which I am not seeking.
