That was the first thing I noticed about my wife the first time I met her.If their smile reaches their eyes.

Never thought of that...we need the women on this site to respond to that conclusion about the nails..The first thing I notice is her nails. If she has nice nails, then I know she takes care of the rest of her... and also smiles...
I agree 100%Male or female, I tend to always notice how they treat other people. If they are rude or arrogant, nothing else matters really - steer clear!
I used to have a standing appointment every week for a manicure; my nails were beautiful. Always dressed nicely. Then I moved to this rural place requiring hard, dirty, physical work. Everything changed. Now I am satisfied if I can just get clean.Never thought of that...we need the women on this site to respond to that conclusion about the nails..
I always strike up a conversation with a complete stranger, and when it's time to go, we are both laughing and smiling...Their expression, if I see someone looking depressed or lost I will nearly always make contact in a way
to get them to smile. I hate to see people looking like no one notices them. Man or woman. Not in
a flirty way. Just something ironic that makes them think and smile or laugh.
I have a strong feeling that there are some very nice women out there who may not have the cleanest of nails for different reasons.
