Mine know as they asked why I am not posting on FB any longer. Guess that is good they noticed
an old habit of mine has changed drastically.
They ask what it is and say "Good for you!, does this mean I need to call more and send pics by
messenger now?".

I’m not sure if my family knows.
I didn’t tell them. I think my sister in law knows. While she was here last summer, I spent time chatting on here. She knows I don’t have a facebook account.

Yes, my family knows. In fact, I believe my sister PM'd a SF member who sent her a lovely little gift while she was in hospice here (at our house), and a couple years ago, my teenage granddaughter PM'd a member she'd grown quite fond of. They weren't SF members.
Also, my wife posted in my diary thread when I had to go to the hospital. She just turned old enough to be a member, but she hasn't joined...yet.

My husband, son and boyfriend know because I talk about it, here and there. My son in Florida does not, to the best of my recall. I don't talk with him on a daily basis so it doesn't come up.

My husband knew about this forum for the first 8 years .. and honestly he was horrified at the way some people spoke to me on here at times, how rude they were ......and he would ask me how have I got the patience to not tell them in plain speak what to do with themselves...as I would in real life...

Told my missus, I don't have any other family apart from our children, and they aren't interested. I was an only child, and I know I have two cousins in Bristol, who I don't keep in touch with, and at least one other who I think may be in Australia, but that's it.
My missus is more interested in politics than I am, and she tries to get me to watch stuff on Rumble all the time. I don't have a Rumble account, and I recently got chucked off Facebook for some reason, although they wouldn't tell me why. So I don't post on there anymore, or even look on there at all.

Facebook dumped and banned me for life years ago and I admit it's my fault and don't mind. I was tired of them censoring my posts.......so I let loose and gave them something to ban me for. I don't miss it.

When I was on my other forum for 7 years. My hubby knows I am on here off and on. I ditched FB,as it only got worse and with AI soon to control most of it - I left. One daughter has left FB to.
