How does a Wikipedia article begin?

I was looking for information about when the search for 4-year-old Gus Lamont began after being reported missing on the 27th of September.
A Wikipedia article appeared at 9.43pm on the 8th of October.
This article was posted by - DiamondIIIXX, whos blurb states, I help Wikipedia improve.

When I inputted DiamondIIIXX into the Wiki search engine this message appeared, The page "DiamondIIIXX" does not exist.

Yet here is his "Homepage"

I would think that their search thing is looking
for the subject title and not the author, so try
the boy's name, or search for the boy's name.

Mike.
I already have that information.
I think in regard to DiamondIIIXX I will do a normal search on Google.
There is no Wiki article dealing with DiamondIIIXX.
There is no information on the internet regarding DiamondIIIXX

Does this help at all, @Bretrick? I'm thinking that no, it doesn't, but I thought I'd try.

You were able to find information about Mr Diamond (sic)
The page does give information about starting a wiki page and uploading files etc so thank you for that.

I read through the content and it shows how many ways violations can occur in posting information. What a screwed-up world we have become.
...has been marked as a possible Copyright violation.
...This file may be deleted as it may be a derivative work...
...source of the derivative work is not properly indicated...
...the media is missing permission information...
...a source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agree to license the file under the given license.

On and on, gobbledegook
