HD, sorry but I beg to differ. The annual Oxford/Cambridge boat race is indeed on the Thames, but in London, not Henley. There is a Henley regatta that goes on for a week, where many crews race, but the Oxbridge race is from Putney Bridge to Chiswick Bridge in London. The river Thames at Henley where the Oxford Cambridge boat race takes place every year...looking very tranquil outside of racing season![]()

awwwww......hellloooo puffy, you sweet little boy.....I had already decided to post this picture before seeing the one above. This is our little guy Puffy. He has a cute habit of sticking his tongue out just a little bit when he's laying down. He had a sweater with a collar on because he has a genetic condition where he's lost almost all of the fur on his body. He's always in at least a t-shirt.

George...question ?.. why is there a half dining/living room set up outside ?
I'm guessing that it's a Christmas lights set up. You can see the wiring around the door frame, so at night I think it would look cosy and inviting if you were to walk past it.George...question ?.. why is there a half dining/living room set up outside ?![]()
either way it doesn't make any sense... lolI'm guessing that it's a Christmas lights set up. You can see the wiring around the door frame, so at night I think it would look cosy and inviting if you were to walk past it.
Either that or it's a partial set for something like Alice in Wonderland, or The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.![]()

We all like to do things sometimes that make no sense whatsoever to the casual observer. For all we know there might be hidden cameras in the outdoor set to capture the facial expressions of those who see it, for the amusement of the person(s) who built the set.either way it doesn't make any sense... lol
well perhaps I'll just wait for the answer from the person who knows...We all like to do things sometimes that make no sense whatsoever to the casual observer. Of course it could have been put together by an internet 'influencer' as click bait to get suckers to watch their next verbal effluent outpouring. But let's hope not.
Holly, this is an interesting question.George...question ?.. why is there a half dining/living room set up outside ?![]()
Ah, ok, George... thanks for the explanation....Holly, this is an interesting question.
This is a kind of scenery set on the main street. In autumn (fall) they had an old couple sitting there among various fruits and vegetables, for some weeks now this set on the pic. I think they want to brighten up the village a little. Such decorations are common in Hungarian villages, be it at Easter, Thanksgiving and so on.
Yes, they have Christmas items also. It's quite possible that the door frame is lightened at night. But I haven't been there at that time.I'm guessing that it's a Christmas lights set up. yes..very much so... altho' I have never been to one and never want to go... but when there's no show on, I like to take the pictures of the Bullring, they're usually beautiful....Does Spain still have bloody bull fights?
The children here love him very much. He comes everyday. The dogs don't love him, since his jingle is very loud and odd.aww lovely... I wish they still existed here... how wonderful it would be to see them on a Sunny summers day on their ice cream trikes
